Founded in 2019, Baddies in Tech is a non-profit professional development and networking community for women of color in tech. Our mission is to inspire, empower, and connect Black, Latina, and Native American (BLNA) women in technology. By providing access to the resources, opportunities, and networks they need to build successful careers in technology, our vision is to double the representation of BLNA women in computing roles to 10% by 2030.
